I ate a strawberry, spinach salad with homemade dressing and 16 oz of green smoothie for lunch. I also ate an avocado with homemade salsa. I ate some blackberries and raspberries and I drank 100% orange juice with breakfast and a 16 oz glass of V-8 Concord Grape juice with dinner. For breakfast I ate some cereal with a banana.
