As you know, I'm a big fan of Tarte Cosmetics and when I came upon this post on "Makeup and Beauty Blog: Makeup Reviews, Beauty Tips and Drugstore Beauty Finds" about some new sheer, shiny glosses by Tarte I had to stop and read through this post.
