HLNB Exercise and Core Strength Challenge - Day 21

November 21th Day 21:   Yesterday I rode my stationary bike while watching "Dancing With the Stars" with the following stats:



Time on the bike: 34 minutes and 26 seconds
Distance: 6.72 miles
Speed:  between 11.5 and 12.5 mph
Total Calories burned: 166.90
Total Fat Calories burned:  52.10

     I ate some strawberries and raspberries.  I also had some green bell pepper with tomatoes and onions, and I drank 100% juices with meals. I also had a frozen smoothie pop made from fruit with 100% orange juice and 100% cranberry juice.  I also had  a serving of pico de gallo with lettuce.  I had 5 servings of fruits and vegetables. 

                  The finalists performed and it's a close race!  JR and Ricki are tied with 54 Judges points and Rob is leading with 57 Judges points.  Who will win tonight? I'll be watching that's for sure.

     For the HBBC challenge I received 2 points today for the stationary bike activity.
