several times. It is tasty and I've even used left overs of this
smoothie to make frozen pops.

There is no denying the fact that breakfast is the most important meal of the day and a healthy and nutritious breakfast is compulsory for all. A healthy breakfast even more important for growing children, as they need a nutritious diet to maintain their growth process.
