Tip of the Week - Healthy Breakfast Tip Part 2 From the American Dietetic Association

    Here is a video from Registered Dietitian Marisa Moore with some more healthy breakfast tips that are easy to make and great ideas to help make better food choices for breakfast.  You can have a variety of choices when making breakfast.  The smoothie recipe is an easy one to make and I've made this one several times.  It is tasty and I've even used left overs of this smoothie to make frozen pops.

There is no denying the fact that breakfast is the most important meal of the day and a healthy and nutritious breakfast is compulsory for all. A healthy breakfast even more important for growing children, as they need a nutritious diet to maintain their growth process.
