October 19th Day 18: Yesterday I ran errands and did some leg exercises while I watched Survivor in the evening.
For breakfast I ate a bowl of oatmeal with strawberries and drank a glass of orange juice. At lunch I ate Eggplant Parmesan with a little bit of spaghetti and a side salad with a glass of water and lemon. Then at dinner I ate a slice of pizza that had tomatoes, onions and green peppers and drank a glass of pomegranate juice. I ate a couple pieces of chocolate for a snack in the evening.
