HLNB Healthy Eating/Keep Moving Challenge - Day 15

October 16th Day 15:    Yesterday was my day of rest.  I didn't do much exercise or work I decided to take a day of rest and relaxation.

    For breakfast I had a bowl of mini shredded wheat cereal and a glass of orange juice.  Yesterday I snacked instead of eating full lunch and dinner meals.
