In the morning I ate a bowl of mini shredded wheat cereal and I used coconut milk instead of regular milk. I also drank a glass of orange juice. For lunch we ate some left over Pei Wei from the day before and I drank a glass of blueberry cranberry juice with my meal. I drank some of my Mix1 drink for a snack in the afternoon. At dinner we ate two slices of bruschetta with tomatoes, basil and garlic from our garden. I also drank another glass of blueberry cranberry juice. I also drank some water during the day.
