Tip of the Week - Lose Weight Like a Guy

    This week I'm attaching a video that is about 5 minutes long showing us how to "Lose Weight Like a Guy".  This is from Self Magazine and shows us how to do some exercises that will give us a sleek and sexy back, sleek and sexy arms and legs and a smaller waist.  Since you are using weights, it will also help you drop pounds faster.  This might be a good one to try after these holidays filled with so many sweet treats.  Enjoy!
