I ate some strawberries, a salad, Eggplant Parmesan with roasted zucchini, roasted yellow squash, and asparagus. I had some corn, tomato, onion mix with dinner and drank 100% fruit juices with all meals. I also had some salsa with chips last night made with tomatoes and other vegetables and spices.
