HLNB Exercise & Core Strength Challenge II - Day 22

December 22nd Day 22:  Yesterday I worked on exercises while watching "Grey's Anatomy" with the following stats:

 Side bends 12 reps 3 sets
 Triceps Extensions 3 lbs 12 reps 3 sets

Inner Thigh Kicks 12 reps 3 sets
Outer Thigh Kicks 12 reps 3 sets
Reverse Leg Kicks 12 reps 3 set

     I ate 1 avocado, some pico de gallo, 1 serving of strawberry applesauce, some raspberries, a smoothie made with frozen strawberries, mangoes and pineapples and 100% orange juice, 100 % cranberry juice and 1 tsp of agave nectar, I also drank 100% fruit juices with all 3 meals.

    I earned 1 point for the exercises above and 1 point for eating 7 servings of fruits and vegetables in the HBBC Challenge.
