HLNB Exercise & Core Strength Challenge II - Day 21

December 21st Day 21:  Yesterday I worked on exercises while watching "Revenge" with the following stats:

Biceps Curls with 3 lbs 12 reps 5 sets
Triceps Press 3 lbs 12 reps 5 sets
Standing V Raise 3 lbs 12 reps 5 sets
Triceps Extensions 3 lbs 12 reps 5 sets

 Side bends 12 reps 5 sets

Inner Thigh Kicks 12 reps 5 sets
Outer Thigh Kicks 12 reps 5 sets
Reverse Leg Kicks 12 reps 5 set

                                     Don't forget to drink plenty of water when you are exercising!

    I ate some strawberries, raspberries, tomatoes an avocado a spinach salad and 100% fruit juices with all three meals.

       Victoria and Emily attend a gala where Victoria and her husband will be honored for their work in the charity of plane crash victims that implicated Emily's Dad.

                                     Lydia shows up and could reveal some ugly secrets. 

  Emily came to the Hamptons to try and prove her father's innocence and seek Revenge.  Will she succeed?

  I earned 2 points for the exercises and 1 point for the 7 servings of fruit and vegetables in the HBBC challenge.
