HLNB Exercise & Core Strength Challenge II - Day 16

December 16th Day 16:  Yesterday I worked on exercises while watching "The Brothers McMullen" with the following stats:

Triceps Extensions 3 lbs 12 reps 5 sets
Inner Thigh Kicks 12 reps 5 sets
Outer Thigh Kicks 12 reps 5 sets
Reverse Leg Kicks 12 reps 5 set

Side bends 12 reps 5 sets

    I ate some strawberries, ate a salad, had some pico, drank 100% fruit juices with all three meals.
