I ate a salad, an avocado, drank 8 oz of green smoothies and drank 100% fruit juice with all three meals.
Instead of buying a salad dressing you can make your own so you control what ingredients are in the dressing. You won't have preservatives or additional unnecessary ingredients and they are fairly easy to make.
