HLNB HealthyLivingChallenge II - Day 15

February 15th Day 15Yesterday I did a 20 minute Cardio Pilates workout.  I also did a few exercises while watching "Revenge" with the following stats:

Inner Thigh Kicks 12 reps 3 sets
Outer Thigh Kicks 12 reps 3 sets
Side Bends 12 reps 3 sets

                                                              Cardio Pilates

    I ate some raisins, a salad, some homemade pasta sauce with tomatoes, onions, peppers and garlic. I also drank 8 oz of green smoothies, and drank 100% fruit juices with all three meals.

      Victoria asks Emily to help her get Daniel to talk to her.  Will Emily help? Will Victoria appreciate Emily's help?

      Daniel asks Emily to go away with him to Paris. Emily tells him she can't but Daniel doesn't know the real reason she won't go with him.  Will this ruin Emily's plans?
