HLNB Healthy Living Challenge II - Day 2

February 2nd Day 2Yesterday I exercised while watching "Grey's Anatomy" with the following stats:

 Inner Thigh Kicks 12 reps 3 sets
Outer Thigh Kicks 12 reps 3 sets
Side Bends 12 reps 3 sets
Waist Twists 12 reps 3 sets
Tummy Vacuum 10 sets 3 reps
Bicycle Kicks 12 sets 3 reps

    I ate some strawberries, an avocado, a salad.  I drank 100% juices with all three meals and 8 oz of green smoothies.


    Meredith falls asleep and dreams of what her life would have been like if her Mother hadn't gotten Alzheimer's and she had been raised in a loving environment.  She may not have been friends with Christina or would she?




    Seattle Grace could have looked very different.  Or would it have been the same after all?
