HLNB Healthy Living Challenge II - Day 1

February 1st Day 1Yesterday I exercised while watching "Revenge" with the following stats:

 Inner Thigh Kicks 12 reps 3 sets
Outer Thigh Kicks 12 reps 3 sets
Side Bends 12 reps 3 sets
Waist Twists 12 reps 3 sets
Tummy Vacuum 10 sets 3 reps
Bicycle Kicks 12 sets 3 reps

    I ate a banana, drank 8 oz of green smoothie, an avocado, some pico de gallo, some homemade salsa and drank 100 % fruit juices with all three meals.

    In a repeat episode, Lydia might be getting her memory back as she thinks she saw Emily years before she moved to the Hamptons.

    We learn how Emily's plan began as she makes friends with the real Emily while they were locked up.  She shows up when Emily is released to give her some cash and to ask for a favor.  They agree to switch identities so she can get revenge for her father.  Amanda is now Emily and Emily is now Amanda.  The plot for revenge has begun.
