I ate an avocado with some tomatoes, a salad and some shrimp. I also ate some strawberries and an apple. I drank 100% fruit juice with 2 of my meals and green tea with peaches for dinner. Note: the items I'm listing are not all I have eaten throughout my day, I'm only tracking the fruits, vegetables and healthy foods.
