HLNB HealthyLivingChallenge II - Day 29

February 29th Day 29Yesterday I did the following exercises while watching "Revenge" with the following stats:

Inner Thigh Kicks 12 reps 3 sets
Outer Thigh Kicks 12 reps 3 sets
Side Bends 12 reps 3 sets
Reverse Leg Kicks 12 reps 3 sets

    I ate some strawberries, ate a salad, some raspberries, some pineapple, and drank 100% fruit juices with all three meals.

           Emily convinces Daniel that Tyler was crazy when he said she was not who she is pretending to be and when he gave Daniel the picture of Emily's intended victims.

    Victoria questions Emily's loyalty to Daniel.  She tells Emily to put up a united front for Daniel's sake.
