HLNB Spring Challenge I - Day 17

March 18th Day 17Yesterday I walked 1 mile and did the following exercises while watching "Army Wives":

Bicep Curls 12 reps 3 sets
Triceps Curls 12 reps 3 sets
Triceps Extensions 12 reps 3 sets
Reverse Leg Kicks 12 reps 3 sets

    I ate a pear, a salad, some pineapple, drank 8 oz of green smoothies and drank 100% fruit juices with 2 meals.  I also drank some green tea with mango with my dinner. We ate some shrimp at dinner as well.
