I ate some strawberries, some raspberries, a veggie burger for lunch with tomatoes, onions and pickles, I also ate a salad. I also drank 100% fruit juices with 2 of my meals and water with lemon for lunch.
Veggie burgers are good especially with 100% whole grain bread.
Salads are also great, just remember to try and make your own dressing so you don't have too much salt, sugar or preservatives. Fresh is always best!
