This week I'm attaching a video from Self Magazine that has some more advanced moves you can try to work in as you are watching your favorite shows. It's a good video and for me might take a little practice. But they are good moves that will engage your core strength. If you are working on increasing your core and slimming at the same time, you will enjoy this video.
