I ate some strawberries, made guacamole from one avocado with pico de gallo, ate some homemade salsa that was made from tomatoes, jalapenos, carrots and onions, ate a salad, drank 8 oz of green smoothies. I ate 1/2 a veggie burger with onions, tomatoes and pickles. I also drank 100% fruit juices with all three meals.
