HLNB Spring Challenge 3 - Day 1

May 1st Day 1Yesterday I walked 3 miles and I did the "Sculpt Like a Rock Star" (video from my Tip of the Week on Sunday) exercises while watching "Dancing With The Stars The Results Show" with the following results:  (The Step It Up exercises are still pretty hard for me.  I can't seem to balance myself correctly for this one so I have to work up to the 20 reps).

Lady Gaga's:
Side Slimmers (3 lb weights 20 reps)
Bicycle Crunches (20 reps)
Butterfly Twists (20 reps)

Jennifer Hudson's:
Sitting Pretty (3 lb weights 20 reps)
Arm Flab Fighters (3 lb weights 20 reps)
Super Shoulder Press (3 lb weights 20 reps)

Katy Perry's:
Skater Lunges (20 reps)
Step It Up (15 reps)
Reshaping Reach (3 lb weights 20 reps)

     I ate some Grape Nuts Cereal for breakfast with 2 large strawberries, I had some avocado with tomatoes, onions and Serrano peppers mixed in for lunch and dinner with some Triscuits.  I had a bowl of Rainbow Sherbet ice cream and I drank 4 oz of green smoothies.  I also drank 100% fruit juices with all three meals. 

                                           Jaleel and Kym were eliminated last night on DWTS.
