HLNB Spring Challenge I - Day 30

March 31st Day 30I walked 1 mile and it was such a nice day outside I also rode my bike 3.5 miles.  We also worked in the yard. This was the last day of the first part of the Spring Challenge.   Now that the weather is getting better, I'm going to try to get in more cardio exercises for the next part of the Spring Challenge.

    I ate some strawberries, drank 16 oz of green smoothies, ate some zucchini, had some homemade pasta sauce with tomatoes, onions and peppers. I also drank 100% fruit juices with all three meals.
