HLNB Spring Challenge 2 - Day 9

April 9th Day 9Yesterday I did the following exercises while watching "Dancing With The Stars" with the following stats:

Side Bends 12 reps 3 sets
Bicycle Kicks 12 reps 3 sets
Waist Twist  12 reps 3 sets
Triceps Curls 12 reps 3 sets

    I ate some strawberries, shrimp tacos, a salad, some guacamole and drank 100% fruit juices with all three meals.

                                   Melissa and Maks danced a great Paso Doble on rock night.

    Maria and Derek had a fantastic dance on rock night.  You couldn't have noticed Maria's foot fracture!
