I ate some raisin cinnamon toast, a salad, some whole grain cereal and ate an apple. I also drank 8 oz of green smoothie and drank 16 oz of peach green tea. I drank 100% orange juice with breakfast. I also ate some popcorn (with some butter). I know it's better for you plain, but I really like butter on popcorn.
