I ate some oatmeal with strawberries, had eggplant Parmesan with grilled vegetables, a salad and drank 100% fruit juices with all three meals. I also drank 8 oz of green smoothies.
Gladys and Tristan were eliminated last night. Sad to see them go, what a great group this season.
