Stretching muscles before walking can help keep you from pulling muscles on longer walks.
I ate some raisin cinnamon toast, some wonton soup, a salad and some noodles with basil, tomatoes and onions. I also drank 100% fruit juices with two meals and water with lemon for dinner. I ate some raspberries for a snack as well.
