I ate some raisin cinnamon toast, some Triscuits with cheese and tomatoes, a portion of a tostada with black beans, guacamole, onions, lettuce and tomatoes and salsa. I also drank 100% fruit juices with two meals, some peach tea and 8 oz of green smoothies.
