I ate some raisin cinnamon toast, some guacamole, a salad, and ate some left over Eggplant Parmesan which I made from The Personal Chef Approach on Julie Anne Rhodes website. It was just as good the next day warmed up and I think the sauce may have become even more flavorful overnight. It was very tasty. I also drank 8 oz of green smoothies and drank 100% fruit juices with all three meals. I ate a banana for a snack and handful of raspberries.
