HLNB Summer Challenge - Day 7

June 7th Day 7:   Yesterday I walked 1 mile and watered my garden.

                                                    Getting ready to walk means having good shoes.

                                                           Pedometers come in many styles!

     I ate some Grape Nuts cereal, a salad, some homemade pico de gallo and homemade salsa.  I also, drank 100% fruit juices and 8 oz of green smoothies.
