Tip of the Week - Booty Back Burn (Blast)

     This week I'm attaching a link to a video of a quick exercise that doesn't take too much time and can be easily worked it into regular routines.  This one is called Booty Back Burn (Blast).  This one targets glutes, hamstrings, back and triceps.
