HLNB Summer Challenge III - Day 17

August 17th Day 17:
Yesterday I rode my bike 3.5 miles and walked 2 miles.  I also watered my garden.

I ate some oatmeal with strawberries, some rice with chicken and vegetables. I also drank 100% fruit juices with all three meals. I ate some Spanish peanuts for a snack.

I'm trying to convert my family's food choices to more healthy options and fresh foods selections as well.  On days I'm listing more it means I'm replacing less healthy foods with healthier choices.  This is one of my personal healthy living goals. You would like the website/app called fitness pal. It's a very convenient way to track what you are eating. It measures the calories of your food and it measures the calories lost by exercise. Happy SITS day!
