This week I'm attaching a video about Hoopnotica. I had never heard of this before but it looks like it would be fun and it sounds like a great workout. This video was part of a series called Summer Shape Up hosted by Angie Greenup. I played with hula hoops when I was little and many of us did but this video shows us how to incorporate the hula hoop to strengthen our core and workout other areas of our body like arms, thighs and calves.
