HLNB Fall Challenge II - Day 18

October 18th Day 18:
Yesterday I walked 2 miles.

I ate some oatmeal with strawberries, a cheese sandwich and some macaroni with tomatoes.  I also drank 100% fruit juices with all three meals and an 8 oz frozen fruit smoothie.

     Grey's Anatomy is back for another season.  They are skipping around in time this year.  What do you think of the new season?  So far it's kind of depressing to me, I sure hope they bring some better times back to the show.
