See my contact information on the tabs above if you want to send me an email with any questions or suggestions.  With my "HLNB Challenge" I'm logging my daily activities of how I keep moving.  I'm not offering any medical advice or making any guarantees.  This is meant for fun and if you want to follow along I hope it will be fun and encouraging  for you too.  I'm also not logging everything I'm eating, only listing the healthier items. I'm trying to convert my family's food choices to more healthy options and fresh foods selections as well.  On days I'm listing more it means I'm replacing less healthy foods with healthier choices.  This is one of my personal healthy living goals. One day when I look back, I hope to see improvements on my activities and on my eating habits. Thanks for following along in the journey.

Tip of the Week - Hoopnotica

This week I'm attaching a video about Hoopnotica.  I had never heard of this before but it looks like it would be fun and it sounds like a great workout.  This video was part of a series called Summer Shape Up hosted by Angie Greenup.  I played with hula hoops when I was little and many of us did but this video shows us how to incorporate the hula hoop to strengthen our core and workout other areas of our body like arms, thighs and calves.  You can check out more about Hoopnotica at their website Hoopnotica.com
and you can also check out their Facebook page Hoopnotica.  This sounds like a great new way to workout!  Hope you enjoy the video.

Note:  You can turn off my blog music on the right hand side with the iPod player before listening to the video.

Fashion Friday - Celebs and Their Sweaters

With Fall coming, it seems time to pull out our sweaters.  Have you pulled yours out from the back of your closet?  I'm not sure if I am, but at least we can look at some sweaters our favorite celebs are wearing.  Which one is your favorite?  Do you have any like these?

Jennifer Aniston wears her white sweater on the beach.

Katy Perry wears a cute, light blue sweater with her dress.

Reese Witherspoon looks comfy in her cable knit sweater.

Kate, The Duchess of Cambridge wears a beautiful white sweater with her gown.

I love the color of this sweater on Gwen Stefani.

Taylor Swift always looks great in pink.

Sarah Jessica Parker looks very stylish wearing this sweater with the skinny jeans.

Jennifer Lopez looks great in this light blue sweater.

Hope you enjoyed the sweater weather preview for Fashion Friday!  It's fun to see what style our favorite celebs are wearing.  Are you the casual and comfy type? Do you like to add a cute fuzzy sweater to your favorite dress or gown?  Maybe you like both.  No matter what style you like, sweaters can always add a little something extra to any wardrobe.  They also keep you warm on crisp, cool days.  Happy Fashion Friday.

Today I'm linking up with Kori from Blonde Episodes for the Fashion Friday blog hop.  If you have a fashion post, click the link below to see Kori's post and to add yours to the link too.  Hope to see you there!
