HLNB Spring Step It Up - Day 5

March 5th Day 5:
Exercise: Yesterday I rode my stationary bike with the following stats:

Time:  90.26 Minutes
Distance:  18.76 Miles
Total Calories:  453.80
Fat Calories:  141.70
Speed 12.5 - 13.1 mph


More combining of morning 1/2 ride with evening hour long ride.

Audrey Hepburn always looked so trim and fit.  There are many pictures of her riding her bicycle around with her puppy in tow.
