<i>Exercise: </i>Yesterday we went inner tubing on the snow. It was sunny and warm, but still enough snow to be able to slide down a hill. Walking back up the hill was a good workout. We were there for about 2 hours but we were taking turns so it wasn't constant. But it was a good, fun, workout. <br />

Last year, the theme was to keep moving. If you have been following along, I hope you have kept up with it during the holiday season. The new theme this year is going to be "Step It Up". I'll be starting up the new set of challenges March 1st. So if you want to follow along, the goal for March is going to be making sure you get at least 7 hours of exercise into your routine per week. Along with the 7 hours per week, I'm going to try to keep to a more strict healthy eating routine. In the past I've only recorded healthy foods I've eaten but I still allowed myself to eat not so healthy treats and foods. For the March challenge, I'm going to try and keep it as healthy as possible. I hope you will have fun following along. Check back at the end of this week to start the beginning of the "Step It Up" challenge.<br />

This week I have another video from the web series Reluctantly Healthy hosted by Judy Greer. Her co host on this one is Annabelle Rosemurgy (EQ-fitness.com) an Olympic athlete and trainer. What is a Real Ryder bike? It is a new exercise machine that mimics a real road bike. It's different than your usual stationary bike. If you have a fitness store near you that offers these bikes, this could be a fun way to get your workouts in while watching Dancing With The Stars or Grey's Anatomy!<br />
