I ate some left over tostada with black beans, guacamole, lettuce, tomatoes, onions and salsa, I also drank 100% fruit juices with 2 meals and drank 8 oz of green smoothies.
I made another recipe from Julie Anne Rhodes website called the Breakfast Jewel Parfait. I used Greek Yogurt, strawberries, pineapple, raspberries and I used Grape Nuts Cereal. I also added a touch of apple juice. This is one of the free recipes you can sample from her site. I received free access to the premium membership for one month. In the premium membership you can download a weekly plan menu, have access to a forum where you can ask questions and receive full access to the recipes and how to videos. On the premium memberships, you can sign up for a yearly membership, monthly membership or even get a weekly membership. If you want to sample the site first you can sign up for free and see some of these free recipes that are so fun and easy to make. With my free membership, I was able to see that all the weekly plan menus are easier to make then you would think. Plus, making your own meals, you control the portions and the ingredients. I also like following her blog, there are so many fun posts and wonderful pictures. If you like eating healthy, this is one of the sites I would recommend checking out.
