I ate some grits with strawberries and agave nectar, a veggie burger with roasted zucchini, a salad and ate some corn on the cob which I made by Julie Anne Rhodes recipe from her website. She's from Iowa so I thought her recommendations would be good and they were! My husband even commented on how good the corn tasted. I also drank 100% fruit juices with all three meals and drank 8 oz of green smoothies.
