Walk with your friends, it's a great way to get in some extra exercise.
I ate some strawberries, some raisins, a salad, a veggie burger for lunch with tomatoes and pickles. I also ate some homemade salsa, and some pico de gallo. I drank 8 oz of green smoothies and drank 100% fruit juices with all three meals. I also ate some shrimp for dinner and oatmeal for breakfast.
