HLNB Exercise & Core Strength Challenge II - Day 8

December 8th Day 8:  Yesterday I walked for one mile.









    I ate some strawberries, a salad, Eggplant Parmesan with roasted zucchini, roasted yellow squash, and asparagus.  There was enough for two servings so I saved some for today's lunch as well.  I also ate some pico de gallo with dinner and drank 100% fruit juices with all meals.

    I earned 1 point in the HBBC Challenge for the walk and 1 point for eating 7 servings of fruit and vegetables.
