This cookbook has some very traditional type recipes as well as some good southern foods.  There are also recipes for Texas green sauce and guacamole.  It's a good one if you are looking for some good old fashioned recipes and some spicy good ones too.   This cookbook originally lists for almost $17 but is currently available free on Amazon.com.
