Spring is almost here, before you know it summer will be upon us and we'll be wearing shorts and tank tops. Here is a an exercise video from Self magazine "6 Moves to Six-Pack Abs". Self Magazine adds new exercise videos focusing on different muscle groups. I'll add more as they become available to help us all get ready for summer.
