HLNB Fall Challenge II - Day 22

October 22nd Day 22:
Exercise: 
Yesterday I walked 2 miles.

 Food:
I ate some oatmeal with strawberries, a tuna sandwich and some homemade pasta with homemade pasta sauce that included tomatoes, onions, garlic, basil, peppers and clam juice. I also drank 100% fruit juices with all three meals and drank 8 oz of frozen smoothies.





           The couples were split into two teams.  The first team dance was tonight on the freestyle dance.
