Create Your Own Video Workout Free!
This week I'm writing about an online program through Fitness Magazine that allows you to create your own custom video workout. It's very easy to use. All you have to do is set the amount of time you have to workout, select the areas you'd like to focus your workout on like abs, arms, legs etc. Then select the equipment you have available. In a few seconds you'll see some custom videos selected for your criteria. You can also come back to the site and create new videos at any time. It's better than trying to buy a workout CD or watch a show at a specific time on TV. It's your own specialized workout! I tried it and focused on my abs, butt and thighs. I specified a 20 minute workout and I have 3-5lb dumbbells, 2lb ankle weights, a step and a chair. This is great because you can try a workout for a few weeks then come back here to focus on other areas of your body and get a whole new set of video workouts.
