HLNB Healthy Living Challenge - Day 18

January 18th Day 18Yesterday I exercised while watching "Revenge" with the following stats:

Inner Thigh Kicks 12 reps 5 sets
Outer Thigh Kicks 12 reps 5 sets
Squats 12 reps 3 sets
Side Bends 12 reps 5 sets
Crossover Leg Kicks 12 reps 3 sets
Waist Twists 12 reps 5 sets

    I ate a salad, an avocado and some raspberries.  I also drank 100% fruit juices with all 3 meals and I drank 8 oz of green smoothie.


  Victoria is still suspicious of Amanda and the timing of the fire of the writer who has all her dark secrets on video tape.
