Today I'm attaching a video that is a great tutorial about how to use Tarte makeup for Halloween. Maureen Kelly the creator and CEO of Tarte cosmetics is in this video and the one being made up. The person applying the makeup is Sonia Hodzic, Tarte Director of Education. This is from Halloween last year and in the video they are demonstrating how you can get a flapper chic look. During this season, people want to dress up at Halloween and end up buying the makeup at the Halloween stores. But those cosmetics can make your skin break out and they many not contain the best ingredients. Plus you can usually only use them once a year.
