 Are you tired, run-down, listless?  Do you poop-out at parties?  The question asked on the popular I Love Lucy show is one that still applies today.  People more than ever lack the energy to just make it through the day.  Obesity is widespread (pardon the pun).  Our daily environment is full of toxins that are put into or absorbed by the body.

I was feeling sluggish, my cravings were out of control and when I traveled, I had a hard time eating healthy meals and snacks.  My husband on the other hand wanted to save money.  He travels a lot and eating out is expensive.  He would spend $15 for a hamburger at the hotel restaurant or even $6 for fast food.

My sister introduced me to Isagenix a few months ago.  They have a whole range of products that address weight management and toxicity cleansing.  My favorite is the meal replacement shake.  I replace one meal a day with it.  I like the fact that it is easy to prepare and I don't have to decide what to have for my meal.  To give a little variety I add a few drops of flavoring such as peppermint or almond.  You could also add some fruit or a spoonful of your favorite jelly.

My husband has started the program and finds it very easy to travel using the meal replacement shakes and bars.  These shakes and bars are densely packed with nutrients and vitamins.  He especially likes the fact that it only costs about $3 for a meal.

I now have more energy and my cravings are almost nonexistent.  When I travel the products go with me, which helps me stick to a healthy way of eating.  Since he is not eating empty calories, my husband has lost almost 20 pounds in three months.
